What You Should Know Before Arrival
Festival Host Hotel

We love partnering with the Shrewsbury Hampton by Hilton each year. The hotel is located just off I-83 Exit 4, only minutes away from the festival grounds. Because we expect the hotel to sell out for the festival weekend, we recommend booking early. Bonus: You’ll receive two free festival tickets when booking a room in our block and checking in on Friday. Click here to reserve a room in our block.

Parking

We have two nearby parking lots:

#1 — Glenview Alliance Church: 10037 Susquehanna Trail, Glen Rock, PA 17327

#2 — Stewart Connector: 11118 Susquehanna Trail, Glen Rock, PA 17327

The first shuttles will leave from both parking lots at 10 a.m. and run continuously throughout the day.

There is limited accessible parking at the festival site.

PLEASE NOTE: Onsite parking is reserved for performers, vendors, sponsors, volunteers, and vehicles with handicapped placards/tags.

Pets?

Pets are NOT permitted within the festival grounds. Please leave your pets at home where they will be more comfortable. This rule is per the property owner and our insurance carrier.

Chairs

Some seating is provided but guests are encouraged to bring their own lawn chairs and blankets.

Umbrellas/Tents

A limited number of EZ-up tents will be permitted in designated areas in 2025. Please check back for more information.

Outside Food and Beverages

No outside food and beverages may be brought onto festival grounds. We do make exceptions for infants/toddlers and those with food allergies. Please support our food vendors.

Tickets

Discounted advance tickets will be available online through 11:55 p.m. on the day before the festival or in person at That Pig Place at The Markets at Shrewsbury through 5 p.m. on the day before the festival. We strongly encourage advance sales to reduce the amount of cash our volunteers are handling at the gate.

What You Should Know Once You Arrive at the Festival
Festival Re-Entry Permitted

Admission wristbands should be worn by all festival attendees age 16 or older and will grant re-entry if you need to leave the festival grounds temporarily. Beer, wine, and whiskey may not be taken out of the fenced-in festival grounds.

Restrooms

Portable restrooms are located in several locations on the grounds (under tents to keep them cool and shaded).

Sunscreen

Complimentary sunscreen will be available at the First Aid Tent. Please be safe in the sun.

Lost Children

Lost children will be cared for at our First Aid Tent.

Credit Cards Accepted

We are able to accept credit cards at Admissions and Beverage Token Sales. In addition, most of our vendors accept cards.

Smoking

Smoking is prohibited on festival grounds.

Make it a Long Weekend

What else is there to do in the area?

Please check out the website of Explore York, the official tourist promotion agency for York County, PA. There is so much to see and do in York County. Make it a long weekend and explore the area before or after our festival weekend.
