image descriptionWe are very proud to participate in Give Local York. Thank you to everyone who donated to help support our all-volunteer-run community cultural event.

In this time of social distancing, York County came together (in spirit) to show support for York County. On Friday, May 1, we were again a part of York County’s annual day of giving — an opportunity to unite our community around causes in which we truly believe and help the nonprofit organizations that are important to us.

Thank you to all who helped us raise more than $4,000 this year by donating through Give Local York.

Donations are especially critical this year as we incurred significant losses due to our 2020 cancellation. Items such as printing, advertising, promotional items, storage locker rental, deposits, etc. were all paid well in advance. This year, we will not have ticket income, vendor fees, or food and beverage sales to cover those costs.  (We did offer virtual content on social media all day on June 20.)

If you have any questions or would like more information, please let us know. Thank you in advance for taking the time to read this post and for your support and generosity.

Please stay safe!
